• texts, calls, product names, solution names and commercial information;
• images, videos and links submitted;
• contact, purchase, demo, trial, scheduling, portfolio, store, form, checkout or main page buttons;
• selected markets;
• information required for the public presentation of the solution.

The participant must submit texts, descriptions, calls, solution names, buttons and all other content already prepared in English.

Materials submitted by the participant will be published as received. The TrendZ Creators Team does not translate, review, correct, adapt or rewrite content submitted by the participant.

Links submitted by the participant will be inserted into the booth as received. The TrendZ Creators Team does not check the functionality, destination, content, security, policies, availability, support or integrity of links submitted by the participant.

The participant is responsible for submitting only materials and links they are authorized to use, disclose and publish.

The booth assembled for TrendZ Digital Creators will be migrated to LamarZ during the continuity period associated with the participant’s confirmed registration, subject to the Terms of Use, the Cancellation Policy and the regular status of the registration.

We share data only when necessary to operate the event, including with:

• the team responsible for organization, support, booth assembly and technical review;
• technical providers, hosting services, form tools, email tools, automation tools and security services;
• payment platforms, such as PayPal;
• analytics, communication and operational management tools;
• authorities or third parties when there is an obligation, valid request, dispute, investigation, fraud prevention need or need to protect the event.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

When the data is no longer necessary for these purposes, it will be deleted, anonymized or retained only to the extent necessary for operational records, security, compliance with obligations or the defense of interests related to the event.

The participant is responsible for the content, functionality, security, policies, support, availability and consequences related to the links they submit.

The TrendZ Creators Team does not verify, validate, approve, monitor or guarantee external links submitted by the participant.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, security, functionality, support, delivery, payment, policies or promises of third-party websites.
