ABOUT THE EVENT

About TrendZ Digital Creators

TrendZ Digital Creators is an international online event created to present digital solutions, such as apps, tools, platforms, AI, automation, productivity, digital education, digital media, digital services, digital projects, digital businesses and solutions for companies.

The event takes place from 1 to 30 November 2026 and offers a presentation structure composed of booths, a category-based showroom, action links, videos, images, texts and continuity on LamarZ according to the conditions applicable to the registration window.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Registration, payment and confirmation

Registration begins through the basic form available on the official registration page.

After completing the form, the participant must finalize payment through PayPal using the button corresponding to the plan and currency in which they wish to pay.

Payment confirmation may take up to two business days.

The registration will be considered in process after the form is submitted and payment is confirmed.

PLANS AND CURRENCIES

Plans, currencies and additional markets

TrendZ Digital Creators offers participation plans with different numbers of markets, solutions, videos, links and presentation spaces.

The prices, available currencies, launch conditions, final edition prices and additional markets are presented on the official event pages.

Prices are displayed directly in each available currency on the payment page. The participant must consider the amount shown on the selected payment button.

Additional markets may be purchased through a one-time payment, according to the price in effect at the time of the request.

The conditions displayed in each registration window may be changed for new registrations, without affecting conditions already confirmed for registered and paid participants, except in situations involving breach of these Terms, payment failure or operational incompatibility identified by the team.

CAPACITY AND AVAILABILITY

Capacity, categories and availability

The TrendZ Creators Team may limit, pause or close registrations, markets, categories, plans or types of solution at any time for new registrations, according to operational capacity, editorial organization, showroom balance or internal event criteria.

These decisions are intended to protect the quality of the event, booth organization, visitor experience and delivery viability within the available operational deadlines.

SUBMISSION OF MATERIALS

Submission of materials

After registration confirmation, the participant will receive instructions for submitting booth materials.

In the active registration window, the participant has 30 days to send the materials. In the next windows, this deadline will be shorter as the event approaches.

The materials may include texts, images, videos, links, solution descriptions, project data, action buttons, selected markets and other information necessary for booth assembly.

The participant is responsible for submitting materials that are correct, complete, authorized, suitable for the event proposal and in the language required for publication.

Delays, incomplete submission, incorrect submission or lack of response regarding materials may compromise booth assembly, review, publication or participation in the event.

If the participant does not submit the materials within the applicable deadline, submits insufficient materials or fails to respond to necessary requests, the TrendZ Creators Team may decide, according to the operational stage of the project, to proceed with an incomplete booth, adjust publication, not publish the booth, postpone operational steps or end participation.

In these situations, there will be no automatic refund of amounts paid, because registration, organization, operational reservation and team work will already have been initiated.

LANGUAGE OF MATERIALS

Language of materials

TrendZ Digital Creators publishes event booths and materials in English.

The participant is responsible for submitting texts, descriptions, calls, links, solution names, buttons and all other content already prepared in English.

The TrendZ Creators Team does not assume responsibility for translating, reviewing, adapting, correcting or rewriting content submitted by the participant.

Materials submitted by the participant may be published as received, provided they are compatible with the event proposal and booth structure.

BOOTH ASSEMBLY AND PREVIEW

Booth assembly, preview, approval and publication

After receiving the materials, the team assembles the participant’s booth according to the selected plan, the materials submitted and the visual structure of the event.

When the temporary booth preview is sent to the participant, it must be reviewed within the deadline informed by the team.

For registrations confirmed by 30 September 2026, the participant will have 2 business days to approve the preview or request corrections of assembly errors, counted from the moment the preview is sent by the team.

For registrations confirmed from 1 October 2026, when accepted, the participant will have 24 consecutive hours to approve the preview or request corrections of assembly errors, counted from the moment the preview is sent by the team.

If the participant does not respond within the applicable deadline, the preview will be considered approved, and the booth will proceed to closure and publication in the event.

Corrections of assembly errors identified within the review deadline will be adjusted before official publication.

After the preview is approved, expressly or by absence of response within the informed deadline, the booth will be considered closed for publication.

Changes requested after preview approval are not included free of charge. This includes, among others, changes to texts, images, videos, links, products, solutions, presentation order, markets, buttons, calls, descriptions or any change to content already validated.

Later changes depend on team availability, operational timing, technical feasibility and the nature of the adjustment. The TrendZ Creators Team will be solely responsible for evaluating whether the change will be accepted.

When accepted, later changes will have an additional charge informed in advance. A change request does not guarantee that the change will be carried out.

PAYMENT AND PUBLICATION

Payment, instalments and publication

Booth publication depends on payment confirmation according to the plan, currency and condition chosen by the participant.

When payment is made in instalments, the participant must keep payments up to date according to the conditions of the payment platform used.

Delays, failures, cancellations, disputes or non-payment of instalments may prevent booth publication, suspend participation or interrupt booth continuity, according to the operational stage of the project and evaluation by the TrendZ Creators Team.

Amounts already paid do not generate an automatic refund in case of delay, failure, cancellation, dispute, non-payment of instalments, incomplete submission of materials, lack of response, missed deadline or operational termination caused by participant breach.

The specific rules are addressed in the TrendZ Digital Creators Cancellation Policy.

SHOWROOM AND HIGHLIGHTS

Showroom, highlights and event organization

Participating solutions will be organized in a category-based showroom, presentation pages, navigation areas and spaces defined by the event organization.

Some featured spaces may appear on the showroom front page according to registration order, editorial organization, categories, availability and internal event criteria.

Participation in the event does not guarantee a fixed highlight, specific position, volume of visitors, clicks, contacts, leads, sales or commercial results.

LAMARZ CONTINUITY

Continuity on LamarZ

After the 30-day event, the same booth continues active on LamarZ, the continuity platform of TrendZ Creators.

In the first registration window, this continuity is 12 months at no additional cost on LamarZ. After that, new windows will have shorter periods of free continuity.

Continuity on LamarZ follows the conditions in effect at the time of the participant’s confirmed registration.

Continuity on LamarZ depends on the regular status of the registration, compliance with these Terms and the absence of payment issues, disputes or operational breaches.

After the free period, active participants may receive specific continuity conditions, according to future LamarZ rules and communications.

The visual identity, layout, structure, organization, institutional texts, pages, code, design, brand and elements of TrendZ Digital Creators belong to their respective responsible parties and may not be copied or reused without authorization.

LIMITS OF RESULTS

Limits of results

TrendZ Digital Creators creates a structure for presentation, navigation, discovery and direction to the participant’s contact, purchase, demo, trial, scheduling, portfolio or main page.

Participation in the event does not guarantee sales, clients, leads, proposals, clicks, traffic, partnerships, revenue, specific positioning or any commercial result.

Results depend on factors such as quality of the solution, clarity of the offer, materials submitted, selected market, external links, visitor interest, timing, price, reputation and the participant’s own channels.

EXTERNAL LINKS AND PAYMENTS

External links and payments

Event pages may contain links to external websites, participant channels, PayPal, LamarZ, purchase pages, forms, calendars, portfolios and other tools.

TrendZ Digital Creators does not control third-party websites, platforms, payments, checkouts, content or policies.

Payments made through PayPal are also subject to PayPal’s own terms, policies, deadlines, security rules, fees, disputes and procedures.

TECHNICAL UNAVAILABILITY

TrendZ Digital Creators uses platforms, services, payment methods, hosting, digital tools and third-party integrations.

Failures, instabilities, interruptions, delays or unavailability caused by third parties, external services, technical problems, maintenance, security incidents, force majeure or events outside the reasonable control of the team may temporarily affect access, payment, publication, navigation or continuity of the pages.

In these situations, the TrendZ Creators Team will adopt reasonable measures to restore the operation or adjust the flow, without assuming responsibility for failures caused by third parties or events outside its direct control.

When relevant unavailability affects participation in a proven way, compensation may occur through a proportional or operationally equivalent extension of the continuity period on LamarZ, according to the TrendZ Creators Team evaluation on a case-by-case basis.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

The rules for cancellation, refund, withdrawal, participation incompatibility, payment failures, unpaid instalments and related situations are addressed in the TrendZ Digital Creators Cancellation Policy.
